Why is my connection slow?
Try switching to a different route in the app. Tap the route selector and choose a server closer to China. For gaming, use the dedicated game acceleration routes for the lowest latency.
How many devices can I use at once?
Your Fanqie VPN subscription covers up to 5 devices simultaneously — any combination of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
