We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fanqie VPN's liability is limited to the fees paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
